Hello,
We are experiencing a problem with the plugin. Everything works, including the automatic synchronization of users when they purchase from WooCommerce.
The user is created both on Moodle and WordPress, and the dashboard displays the links and passwords for the first login.
However, the email with the Moodle platform login details is not being sent to the end user.
All other WordPress emails are functioning correctly, except for this one.How can we resolve this issue to ensure the email is sent?

If the user is receiving their login details and course access link in Moodle, then our plugin is functioning as expected. The issue you’re describing seems to be related to email delivery, which may not be directly linked to the plugin.
To troubleshoot the email issue, we recommend installing a plugin like Email Log to check whether the email is being generated and registered within WordPress. This will help confirm if the email is being sent from the system.
