Hello,
We have two subscriptions for Moowoodle Pro. Before the latest update, both licenses were working correctly.
After the update, the license can no longer be activated and returns the following error:
“Cannot activate license key. The license key has already been activated with the same unique instance ID sent with this request.”
I checked on your website, but I can only find one activation key. At this point, we need two licenses for the two products we purchased.
How can we resolve this?
