Hello,
We have two subscriptions for Moowoodle Pro. Before the latest update, both licenses were working correctly.
After the update, the license can no longer be activated and returns the following error:
“Cannot activate license key. The license key has already been activated with the same unique instance ID sent with this request.”I checked on your website, but I can only find one activation key. At this point, we need two licenses for the two products we purchased.
How can we resolve this?We checked your order, the site was being used by the site “ab**.ac****y” & “u**e*.*t” respectively. We removed the activation already. Now you can use the license keys for your activation.
Kindly let us know if you face any more issues during activation.
