    Hi, every time I do a synchronization the links to the images in the WooCommerce products are broken. They are synchronized with MooWoodle but it fails to assign them to the products. Can you help me?

    @magfinanzas, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    Please check whether you have enabled the option “Can download files”, at the time of creating the web functions : https://snipboard.io/UuKHvX.jpg

    Kindly check and let us know if this fixed the issue.

    I already have those options in Moodle. That’s another problem.

    @magfinanzas, in that case, please share a temporary admin access (both Moodle and WordPress) and ftp access of your site.

    While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

    While syncing courses using MooWoodle Pro, the course data is imported successfully, but the course image added in Moodle is not being synced to the corresponding WooCommerce product.
    Only text fields sync correctly; images remain missing.
    Please advise whether:
    Course images are expected to sync automatically, or
    Any additional configuration/API permission is required for image import.

    Please make sure that you have enabled “Course image” option from synchronization setting : https://snipboard.io/piyWk4.jpg

    Even after this if you are getting issue, please check “Log” of MooWoodle. Share the error message with us, so we can assist you further.
