    Dear DualCube Support,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am encountering an issue when attempting to activate the Stripe Payment Pro plugin on a fresh installation of Moodle 5.0.2. Upon activation, the following error message is displayed:

    The following required query string data is missing: instance

    This prevents me from proceeding with the configuration of the plugin.

    Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue? Is there a compatibility problem with Moodle 5.0.2, or is there a workaround or fix available?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    We have checked this ono ur end, didn’t face any issue. So, first please check if the Stripe Free plugin is installed?
    If yes, then do share a temporary admin access of moodle so our team can look into this.

    I shared the temporary Moodle admin access with you on October 7, but I haven’t received any update since then. Could you please confirm if your team had the chance to review the issue?

    This is affecting the activation of the Stripe Payment Pro plugin on our production site (https://cursos.aurumtradingau.com/), so I’d really appreciate an update or estimated resolution time.
