Forever Coupon Not Showing Discount on Recurring Price

Hi,

When creating a Forever coupon and applying it to course enrolment, the discounted price appears correctly for the subtotal, noting that a coupon was applied.

However, the Recurring Total shows the full price and not the discounted price, even though this is a forever coupon.

Please advise how to resolve this

Hello Ray, we have checked this on our end. yes, you are right, it is not showing the discounted price. However, if you select Paymwnt Gateway Types as “Stripe Element”, then it will show correct data – https://prnt.sc/f-pS6YOv6QuQ

Please note, in Stripe it is also showing the updated data – https://prnt.sc/RMspVEeGbCd5
