    Hi Again!

If you have an enrolment method defined, which has a price, and is linked to Stripe via its product, and then you go into that enrolment method and make no changes but click on Save Changes, it re-adds the pricing again to Stripe. So instead of 2 prices (recurring and fixed), you have 4, then 6, then 8, and so on, even if you do not make any pricing changes in Moodle.

Can we stop this and check that if the pricing or subscription details have not changed, it does not add the prices again to Stripe?

    Cheers,
    Ray

Hi Ray, after hearing from you, we tried to recreate the same on our end. However as you can see, we didn’t face any such issue – https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/41428168?key=6befdcb8d718df525eba49bfa364ba25

Can you please share how can we recreate the same , so we can assist you accordingly.

    Hi,

Just watched your video. Not there, in the Product Catalogue inside the Stripe dashboard is where the problem is

I can’t seem to upload images here to show you screenshots, but do the same with the enrolment method, but look at the Product Catalogue in Stripe (I’m looking at the Product Catalogue inside the Stripe Dashboard in Test Mode) for that specific product/course. You will see the number of prices continue to increase by 2 (fixed and recurring) every time.

    Cheers,
    Ray

Ray, thanks for explaining this in more detail.

We’ve successfully replicated the issue on our end and have notified the development team. I’ll keep you posted as soon as there’s an update.

    Great 🙂

By the way, I can’t edit that issues document so I’ll just keep posting issues on here for now.

    Cheers,
    Ray
