Subscription: Downloading Moodle Stripe Payment Pro Link 403 ERROR

I recently purchased a yearly subscription for Moodle Payment Pro and encountered an issue when attempting to download the API. Specifically, I am receiving a 403 Forbidden Nginx error during the download process. Is there another download link?
