Brisperel. Reason: code block cut off error
January 2, 2025 at 7:30 pm #23030dualcube
KeymasterHi Brisperel, thanks for getting in touch with us.
As per the error log, this seems more of a configuration issue. Just make sure that you have added the token properly as shared here – https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-set-up-guide/#5-toc-title
Kindly configure that and if you are still facing this issue, let us know. We will assist you accordingly.

ParticipantI can confirm that the token was added properly. deleted it and recreated and loaded back into WordPress just to make sure.

Keymaster@Brisperel, thanks for the update.
In that case, can you please share a temporary admin access for both WordPress and Moodle, so we can assist you better.

Keymaster@Brisperel, thanks for sharing the access.
However, it seems like somehow your Moodle site is not letting any user to be created. Have you added any special configuration that is restricting users to be added. Can you please check whether you have added any such restriuction, if yes please keep usposted.
