    When placing the purchase order, the payment is made through the payment gateway but it does not create the user in Moodle or do anything else (it does not send the purchase email or the confirmation email) and it only throws the error “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.”

    Using the error console I have noticed that a 500 error is returned on the server when making the purchase.

    The connection tests to Moodle work correctly, synchronizing the courses but not writing.

    I am using:

    Wordpress 6.6.2 and Moodle 4.4.2+ (Build: 20240821) (2024042202.02)

    After reviewing, it appears that the problem is related to the payment gateway plugin, and MooWoodle doesn’t manage the payment process. Please note that users can only access the course once the order status is marked as completed.

    We recommend reaching out to the payment gateway plugin’s support team for further assistance in resolving this.

    Thank you very much for your quick response, I have already contacted and solved the payment problem with my payment provider.

    Now I receive the confirmation email for the purchase order, but it does not create the user in moodle or do anything else.

    Do I need to do anything else? moowoodle continues to pass the tests very well without any errors.
