Problem with courses sync and enroll user

The token test is all ok in WordPress, the courses sync show 2 course added but in the courses page there is only one and if I buy that course the user in moodle doesn’t add.
The Moodle version is 4.5.3+ (Build: 20250404) (2024100703.06), WordPress version 6.8.1.

In the moodle log appear the API called “The web service function ‘core_user_create_users’ has been called”, but it doesn’t appear (I set “Completed” the order in WooCommerce).

To debug this further we need the site url along with access details. So that we can check the same.

We need,
1. Site URL for both WordPress and Moodle Site.
2. Admin access in both the site.
3. FTP / cPanel access details.

I add some information about the problem with the users sync.

The call send only the email because in the free version of your plugin is not possible to add other fields in the sync setup, but in Moodle the name and the surname fields are required.

Do you have any suggest?
