Asunto: Error en Test Connection con Moodle (usuarios)
Hola equipo de soporte,
Estoy intentando verificar la conexi贸n entre WordPress y Moodle mediante la opci贸n Test Connection, pero me aparece un error en la parte relacionada con los usuarios.
He revisado la configuraci贸n y probado el test varias veces, pero sigue gener谩ndose el mismo fallo.
驴Podr铆ais indicarme c贸mo solucionarlo o qu茅 pasos seguir para revisar d贸nde est谩 el problema?

I followed the instructions by inserting the recommended functions into Moodle鈥檚 web service. Afterwards, a log appeared related to groups. I then added the functions suggested in the log, but I am still encountering these errors in the log.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

It seems that you haven’t configured the addional web services. You will get the addional web service reference from here – https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-moodle-connector/#3-toc-title
Once these web services will be added, run the test connection again. We are sure, it should go smoothly.

Please don鈥檛 worry about sharing access鈥攚e will only check the site functions, verify the tokens, and run test connections to identify the issue. We strongly believe this error is likely related to a configuration setting, and reviewing it directly will help us resolve it quickly.
