    Hi, today we switched our Domain from stagingcampus.tomedo.de into campus.tomedo.de
    Of course, we set the new url in the Plugin and changes also the url in the moowoodle-auth plugin. The licence is activated. The probel ist, that SSO does not work anymore…

    Hi Marco, may I know which domain did you changes, WordPress or Moodle?

    Hi, we changed the Domain if WordPress. Actuelly we switched back again from campus.tomedo.de back into stagingcampus.tomedo.de because our users need to reach moodle with that domain.

    steps yesterday have been:

    Starting point:
    Moodlesite = moodle.tomedo.de
    WPsite = stagingcampus.tomedo.de
    campus.tomedo.de does a redirect to moodle.tomedo.de

    Switch was into:
    Moodlesite = moodle.tomedo.de
    WPsite = campus.tomedo.de
    in the plugins moowoodle and moowoodle-auth we changed the data into the new ones.

    Actuelly we switch to the Starting point again. SSO here also does not work anymore… so our users can use only Moodle

    @Marco Baum, if you change the WordPress site url in moowoodle auth plugin, then it should work fine.

    Anyway, as this is not working, can you please share access for your WordPress and Moodle site so we can check.

    While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

    We are sorry, but unfortunately, we cannot grant you direct access to the system as it is a production environment containing customer data. We work in the medical sector in Germany, where handling customer data requires extreme caution. Would it be possible to organize a TeamViewer/Google Meet session where our technical team can work together with you to resolve the issue?

    – Install the new version of MooWoodle, MooWoodle Pro and MooWoodle Auth from here – https://dualcube.com/my-account/api-downloads/

    – Once you will install the plugin in both WordPress and Moodle, kindly reconfigure the functions as shared here –

    – Then make sure you have added the correct token
    – After that re-run the test connection and share what errors are you getting.
