Yes, that’s correct — Moodle 5.0 moved all custom plugins to the /public directory.
Manually moving the enrol/stripepaymentpro folder to /public/enrol is indeed the right approach, and we’re glad to hear it worked for you.

It seems that you haven’t configured the addional web services. You will get the addional web service reference from here – https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-moodle-connector/#3-toc-title

Once these web services will be added, run the test connection again. We are sure, it should go smoothly.
