We checked your order, the site was being used by the site “ab**.ac****y” & “u**e*.*t” respectively. We removed the activation already. Now you can use the license keys for your activation.
Kindly let us know if you face any more issues during activation.

Thank you for your query, and apologies for the delayed response — we had forwarded this to our development team for review.
Currently, Stripe’s receipt_email setting supports only a single email address.
However, in a future release, we are considering adding a dedicated page where you’ll be able to view all receipts associated with students enrolled via Stripe Pro.

To debug this further we need the site url along with access details. So that we can check the same.
We need,
1. Site URL for both WordPress and Moodle Site.
2. Admin access in both the site.
3. FTP / cPanel access details.Kindly mark your reply private while sharing the access details.

I am happy to inform you that we have been diligently working over the past two weeks on upgrading MooWoodle. These upgrades ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and Moodle, with better UI and code.
