If the user is receiving their login details and course access link in Moodle, then our plugin is functioning as expected. The issue you’re describing seems to be related to email delivery, which may not be directly linked to the plugin.
To troubleshoot the email issue, we recommend installing a plugin like Email Log to check whether the email is being generated and registered within WordPress. This will help confirm if the email is being sent from the system.

Keymaster@JasonL, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.
However, we have tried to check this on our end, but didn’t face any issue. So can you please create a staging site and share the moodle admin access so we can check and assist you accordingly.
