As mentioned in the forum discussion, we haven’t encountered the same issue on our end. Could you kindly provide temporary access to your WordPress admin, FTP access, and Moodle admin access? This will enable us to investigate further.

Keymaster@Selda, the main issue might be related with product sync issue.
Kindly log into the WordPress site, then goto MooWoodle >> Settings >> Synchronization >> Synchronize Now >> Create and Update Product (see this screenshot : https://prnt.sc/nL0qu5wPuZfY)
After that test an order and keep us posted.

Keymaster@Selda Barbaros, have you installed Auth MooWoodle plugin for Moodle site? Only then you can get this function as shared here : https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-moodle-connector/
If you are still facing issue, please create a staging site and share temporay admin, ftp access so we can check.

KeymasterHi Selda, as shared in our document https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-set-up-guide/#4-toc-title, we don’t have support for this function i.e.auth_moowoodle_user_sync_get_all_users_data. We have added a new function called auth_moowoodle_user_sync
Please follow our document and configure the plugin. let us know if you need any further help.

Have you enabled the User Synchronization option and enabled password and username?
Also, can you please share a video of the issue so we can reproduce that on your end and assist you further with this.It would be helpful, if you can share a temporary admin access of WordPress and Moodle, along with FTP, so we can check and fix this on your end.
